Woman will pay $1,000 for Starbucks mug
It has to be the Minneapolis mug. Starbucks' city mugs are an obsession for Leila Schutz. She owns 270 of them. The most she's paid so far is about $200 -- "a bargain" -- for a New Orleans mug with a Bourbon Street sign. "I can't walk by a Starbucks without looking" to see whether a new city has been introduced, she says. (Los Angeles Times)
Wondering if anyone knows the history on this mug?
This Starbucks Mug seems unique without the logo..It measures about 3.75" tall and is the thicker restaurant style design & has the same design on both sides..

Anyone interested in a 2 gallon City Mug from Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, or Seattle? I have the ones from my personal collection for sale. How much are you willing to pay for these rare mugs? In addition, I have the 5 gallon one that is white and says Starbucks on it. Very large and big. Great conversation piece and a one in a million collector's item.

Hello, I have one of the large Las Vegas Skyline Series series one mugs. It stands ten inches tall and is nine inches in diameter. There is minor shelf wear on the bottom and there is a hairline crack of about 2.5 inches on the top of the handle. It is red and white and is a fabulous Starbuck's collectible. Please contact me if you are interested. Pictures available upon request.
