yes...i agree with this,every coffee store first predicts the customer needs,customer service is important.everyone knows what is the sceret behind the suceess of mc.donald's coffee shops.once ur brand is popular,ur product sales are increased rapidly.

I have had it with Starbucks being rude to its costumers. 3 times a week I visit and buy and for the months the employees are not smiling are not friendly and are rude to custormers.
This morning the manager was argueing with a costumer for a few dollars and would not refund her the money.
It made me uncomfortable- I hate it -- I don't want to be part of the Starbucks any more. No more gift cards no more money from me.
