Venti Urnex Latte

That is so totally cool. The video was a ton of fun.

Notice how the frappuccino came with unwanted whipped cream. But the barista did ask if the latte was iced or hot, when it was obviously ordered hot.

imagidude

He didn't ask for no whip. Can't blame the barista for making a drink to standard.

That guy is a dork, vanilla bean frappuchino? I didn't realize he was a 16 year old girl. If there an app that can make him into a man?

OmarVizquel

You wouldn't be surprised how many people "obviously" order a hot drink, but assume the barista will somehow automatically understand s/he wants it iced...

Macartisan

Willing to bet the scanning problem was due to the bright sidelight obscuring the barcode.

Michael

People would always assume that the drink would come iced when the weather turned warm. So many mistakes!!

GamerVer05

Technically the barista shoulda made a fuss about the camera. Just talkin the corporate line : p. I would at least mentioned the policy and let them do it if they explained they just wanted to demonstrate the app. I guess they could've and they just edited it out.

Melody

GamerVer05, the baristas in that video had no idea they were being video recorded. Yes, in fact, there is no doubt they should've been told they were being recorded. I am at this store regularly and I went back to it and mention to it, and I got a lot of shocked looks from the baristas there.
