Most stores and most without a store manager in sight. But shouldnt you be with your family? Coffee is not very important when you should be spending time with your family

... I am a SM and I will be working on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve AND Christmas. Not all managers are horrible and stay in the back room.

free tall = starbucks registered card
nothing else. and if you give it, at least in our district where we follow (most of) the rules, doing so will be a call from your DM about ways that are not acceptable to increase your sales status. i don't agree with it, bit its how our district, and current (but wait five minutes it will change) policy works. (well, works is also debatable).
mostly i just want to hear more about this TILL DROP issue. i have the same questions as someone else asked -- what the heck were you doing with the money? like.. just throwing it in the safe? how do you not use a till bag? fascinating, i want to hear more!

@BAYAREABUX If you think beverage repeatable is one drink at a time, you need to be retrained. It's 2 at a time, and they are very firm on this.

We noticed the "all-seeing" owl as well. In fact, much of Starbucks graphics/design has subliminal messages in it with masonic influences, and one world government ideas.
Go research the Starbucks Logo, who is this woman on all the cups the world carries around?

Everytime I go into my local starbucks they fight me on this. I registered my card online, I load it and keep a balance on it, and I am a loyal customer. They give me the you gotta bring a bag back and its only good for a drip. Regardless of how many times I have fought with them about my benefits of having registered. This time it was a manager and I finaly had to look up the FAQ on my phone and show her. She was extremely rude until I showed her I get a "Free Tall Beverage" and if she would just ring it up like I said before it would do it automatically. Its just so frustrating that no employee understands this offer and neither do the managers. I expect something for my customer loyalty when it is offered and when I follow the rules of the promotion. I just dont understand why after having to argue 9/10 times once a week in the same store for over a year they havent fixed this situation.

I must say "thank you" to all of you that have pointed out that it can be any free tall beverage. I was not aware of that. The price of the tall drip has always been automatically removed if the person had a registered Starbucks card, but not any tall beverage.
This is also humorous because I pride myself on knowing all about the starbucks rewards... Which, I think this is an excellent time to point out that someone can have gold status without using the "gold" card. The "gold" card means crap, nothing. I've always used my product(red) card and received gold status benefits. FYI.
