I love how no one seems to notice that Coffee Bean ALREADY has a 32oz size for their iced teas. That's one ounce larger than Starbucks'! I'm not always 100% behind Starbucks decisions either, but people need to get a life and open their eyes instead of picking on Starbucks.

It concerns me to see so many partners use the word "frap."
Talk about giving in to customer's who are too lazy to order correctly.

The (red) cup was never said to be a grande. They are 14 oz. Everyone knows that.
