"So my store manager recently told me I was chosen to be part of a survey for Fortune list of best places to work for. I went on-line and noticed that the list seems to be out already, Starbucks went from #98 to #73. Do they do the survey a year in advance? I wonder if other partners have noticed this. Maybe the list is arranged before the partners feedback is even documented. What's going on?"

I think they do the survey every year, I got to fill it out about a year ago
