A Starbucks Gossip reader reports the New York City Department of Health has closed "a very busy and very high profile location" in New York City -- the 81st and Broadway Starbucks.
"I was in the store when the inspector was conducting the inspection and the next thing we know we were all asked to leave," he writes. "I heard some people talking about mice."
A second reader sends this sign that was on the store's front door today, next to the Department of Health's closure notice. "This is my home store," the tipster writes, "and I've been going to this branch since the first day it opened. I tried to go today" but it was closed.
