I drove by it yesterday and was kind of shocked. I drive down 4th a few times per week and had not noticed the construction.

It could be just me, but I think it looks terrible. Maybe it's the metal grating as a background that obscures the lettering and looks like a fenced in area on the roof?

Sadly the Mermaid is systematically killing SBC for me. First by removing so many stores and then by discontinuing the Cold Brew product line...
