From JEFF SMITH: Do you happen to know if the Vanilla VIA has been discontinued? It hasn't been in my local stores in a long time, and it's not on the online store. The only time I get it is if I buy one of those little 3-VIA sample packs with a vanilla, a caramel, and a mocha. I've been buying it off of ebay, haha.
Is there a shortage? Has it been discontinued? Let us know in comments.

All flavored VIA has been discontinued. Unless your local Starbucks had a surplus they may still have a stray few, but they won't be getting any more.
There was a rumor I heard that they may continue it in supermarkets, but not in Starbucks stores.
