Chantico the biggest flop? Please.. I guess the author never heard of Sorbetto. Chantico was a flop, indeed, but didn't require a huge machine.
The 10 minute rule? Ha. I can count on one hand how many times I have followed that in the past 9 years...

I get the why (mimic European chocolate tastes), but now the how.
