Which celebrities have you spotted in your Starbucks store?
Cityrag website guesses Starbucks has received over $100 million in free advertising from photos of celebs holding Starbucks drinks. Have you spotted the Olsen twins (or any other celebs) in your store? Details, please. (Cityrags.blogs.com)
Spike Lee came in the other day too

I've served Jeremy Piven his drink a couple times. I think it was an Iced Venti Vanilla Soy Latte. He seemed like a really nice guy, I dunno why someone earlier said he/she had to cuss him out. Met R Kelly also, with his group of body guards. Santino from the second season of Project Runway was in the store last week with a friend. I think he got either drip coffee or tea because when he picked up the drink I made for him at the bar, it was for his friend.

Does anyone know what Mischa Barton and Nicole Richie order @ SBUX?

John Travolta has been our Ocala, FL Starbucks six times, his wife Kelly Preston has been in once. They have a house just north of town. John always gets a double espresso, twice he got dark chocoate covered grahams. The last time he was in he left us a $20 tip.

When I started at Starbucks 9 years ago Brooke Shields and Andre' Aggesi came into my store in Vegas, she is just as beautiful with no make up as she is on TV. As for what they drank I can't recall

i was wondering if anyone knows what kind of fraps that Mary-Kate Olsen orders? or any of her orders at all?
i saw someone mention "venti sugar free vanilla skim latte" but there has to be others.
Thanks!
Posted by: Kat | June 11, 2006 at 11:57 PM
it's probably a tall sugar free vanilla (or hazlenut) non-fat extra-ice blended late" they balloon up to fit a venti cup, and have all of 50 calories.

I was at a Starbucks in Las Vegas and saw Siegfried Fishbacher (Siegfried & Roy). It was about 6PM New Years Eve. I don't know what he ordered, but he was talking to the Barista making his drink about how he was performing later that night. Two nights later, I saw Penn & Teller sitting outside another Starbucks(Tropicana & Decatur) with a small group. It was so Las Vegas.

CARA from REAL WORLD CHICAGO came in starbucks! we chatted while i took her drink order (grande nonfat upside-down caramel macchiato) and when i asked her name and she said "cara" i looked up - omg it was her. i totally wanted to have a teeny-bopper moment (cause i fucking love that bulimic slutty ass bitch and chicago was my favorite season) but instead i was cool, calm, and collected.

So far, at the two stores I've worked at in Denver, we've had James Taylor, Dave Attell, Johnny Depp, Pam Grier, and the Black Eyed Peas (well, Fergie and Apl) come in.

For the past two weeks or so, Vin Diesel has been in town. We've served him quite a few times. A decaf triple espresso machiatto fot him and a decaf grande cappuccino for whoever it is that comes in with him.

OK, in all honesty, I've never been in a Starbucks in my LIFE. Well, at least not that I remember. But I heard Randy Harrison(Justin from QAF) was in a NY Starbucks late May with his 'guy friend' (hmm.sure). Ya know, I rly have to add going inside a Starbucks on my things-to-do list, but I doubt I'll see any celebs in a PA Starbucks:/

Less than one year before he passed away, John Ritter ordered a grande caramel latte along with two slices of classic coffee cake. He had quite a pot belly and was taller than I imagined he would be, but that unmistakable voice hit me.
He was very pleasant at 7 a.m., one other customer in the store at that time (a miracle), we left him to read his New York Times and then quietly asked if we could have our picture taken with him. He agreed and was very gracious.
Apparently, his wife's parents lived in Blue Ash, Ohio, 10 minutes from our Harper's Point Starbucks.

so here's an awesome one, finally. yesterday Alec Baldwin came into my store, of all the strange things. i of course didn't recognize him, but he took forever trying to figure out what he wanted and kept letting people go ahead of him. i think he bought a fruit bowl and some coffee finally, and sat catatonically in the cafe for a little while before going out into the street and nearly getting hit by a SEPTA bus. he looked like hell.

Ron Howard came in during the week -- he ordered a venti latte and a triple espresso. He had flaming red hair (and a hat on) and sounded just like himself. He was extremely gracious and even gave his signature to one of the girls who asked.

Can some one please tell me what happened or is happening to the lives of Vanilla Ice and Ricky Astley.
Thanks in advance.

John Stewart stopped in my store the other week and I did not know who he was so I had asked him for a name on the cup and he looked at me funny and then I asked him if he spelt it the long way and he then really realized that I did not have a clue who he was. Also, Rob Mueller, director of the FBI stopped in and he ordered a venti vanilla chai. Boy, do I feel safe now knowing he drinks such a wussy drink, at least it wasn't a venti soy extra caramel caramel macchiato.

We are a downtown location starbucks a block away from our city's entertainment stadium. We've had several celebrities in our store from Alice Cooper to the cast of Corner Gas & Kids in the Hall, The Used (Jeph likes his Iced Venti, no ice, unsweetened, shaken Green Tea) to ice skater John Zimmerman. My favorite though has to be the guys from My Chemical Romance as they always come in every time they are in town.
