Starbucks is increasing efforts to sell its pre-made coffee drinks, coffee beans for home brewing and other branded caffeinated products. Those efforts include wider distribution, a new ad campaign and even plans for vending machines that will spit out hot coffee drinks with the touch of a button. If more Americans start drinking their Starbucks at home, one concern could be that the company effectively steals business from its own stores, reports Allison Linn. But one analyst tells her the opposite could happen, if growth in bean sales introduces new people to the brand, in turn driving them to Starbucks stores for pricey coffee drinks on the go. Until a machine learns to make a press of sidamo for me -- I will refuse to drink Starbucks from a dispenser type machine.
(I mean, isn't the Verissimo close enough?)

Here in charleston, bottled starbucks is hard to come by because they sell so fast. I see these going well in the local schools, and what not. I think though that they shouldnt make hot coffee dispeners because to me it seems it will cheapin the name. But as far as a cold vending mechine i can see that. They should make it offer everything that you can get in a starbucks RTDcase, have the Ethos water, starbucks bottle and can drinks, izzes, jones odwadleas(sp)and tazo tea bottles. I see that looking good. It would be a "high end" drink vendor, serving only the best!

Does it strike anyone else as ironic that immediately following a post on Starbucks betraying their philosophy by doing things that hurt the brand and striving for excellence that they would start selling coffee out of a vending machine? That's a great idea of excellence. Nope...won't hurt the brand in the least.

Wow! Sorry people for little offtop, but there is some excited issue I want to share with you. I just found a very-very-very low price online store http://kqkypfu.oemcleversoft.net/ !
They sell OEM software. As I understand it absolutely legal software without docs and packages. But u don't believe the price!! e.g. Office XP - 50$ instead 500$!! Adobe Photoshop - 90$ instead 100$ !! and so on!! It is a shock !!
Not sure if it important I found this link on this strange site windows-mobile-software.netfirms.com, (but not sure if u'll be able to find the link there :) ).
