Has any one seen the wage increase they refered to several times in the conference call?

Yes. As I understand it, the cost of living wage increase affected the starting pay rate in some markets and the rates for performance based raises in others depending upon their position in the company.

i got a 45 cent raise.

Mine came to $75 a pay check (gross not net).

my raise was on my last check too. Just about $80. Thats $160/month and $2920/year. Thank you Howard and Jim. Yet another reason to be glad I work for Starbucks.

My raise was minuscule, but hey, money is money.
